Coconut from Nicolas Vahé

This was a mild and smooth milk chocolate with coconut flakes. I liked it and found it to be more like a dessert than a chocolate bar.

This chocolate was bought in Magasin, Copenhagen.

I will give this chocolate a grade of 4.1 and Sebastian also gives it a 3.7.

Beniano Bolivia 72 % from Oialla

This was a 72 % chocolate very similar to the 78 %, we had, yet slightly milder, and like that one we loved it. It was mild, fresh, buttery and just very enjoyable.

We have very fast become fans of this Danish brand - I hope they come out with even more chocolate bars to choose from.

This chocolate was bought in Irma, Copenhagen.

I will give this chocolate a grade of 4.2 and Sebastian also gives it a 4.2.

Lemon & vanilla milk from von Geusau

This was a mild milk chocolate with a discreet and pleasant citrus flavor. The texture was slightly grainy. I enjoyed it very much.

This chocolate was bought in Selfridges, London.

I will give this chocolate a grade of 4.0 and Sebastian gives it a 3.6.

Milk (Ophelia, Hamlet) from Sweet theatre

This was a smooth and pleasant milk chocolate with a good chocolate flavor. I had not expected much for some reason, but it turned out quite good.

This chocolate was bought in Harvey Nichols, London.

I will give this chocolate a grade of 3.9 and Sebastian gives it a 3.7.

Rhubarb & Vanilla Centre from Kingdom

No matter how unusual and interesting a rhubarb milk chocolate sounds, it actually turned out just pleasant and easy without being anything unusual. I liked it, but it just wasn't what i expected, and we could barely taste the rhubarb at all.

This chocolate was bought in Selfridges, London.

I will give this chocolate a grade of 3.7 and Sebastian gives it a 3.9.

Orangella from Adore

This was a buttery dark chocolate with large pieces of soft dried orange peel in it. It was good, and the orange peel gave it a different feel.

This chocolate was bought in Selfridges, London.

I will give this chocolate a grade of 3.8 and Sebastian also gives it a 3.8.

Dark Blend (Nicaragua 65%) from Friis Holm

This is my entry number 500 on this blog :) And off course that had to be celebrated with a Friis Holm chocolate.

The chocolate had a buttery texture with a smooth melt and a strong taste with slightly bitter and burned notes.

It was good but not as good as several other, we have had from this brand.

This chocolate was bought at the 2014 Chocolate Fair in Copenhagen, Denmark.

I will give this chocolate a grade of 4.1 and Sebastian also gives it a 4.1.
